Even though I didn’t know the specifics and because I’m not at coding professional, I wasn’t able to explain the problems we met with SurveyHero. This wasn’t an issue to Todd, he took the challenge and used his skills, knowledge the analytic approach to get closer to understanding the problems. Todd came back with a Zapier solution, that triggered the API to work. Resulting in a functional zapier cach webhook. We now have effective Zapier and SurveyHero webhook solutions. Initially, I was having some trouble configuring a Zapier project I had. I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working. I cannot make the ClickSend send the message. Fortunately, Todd came along and helped me figure out the missing pieces of the puzzle. He was like a wizard and I really owe him in completing the task. Also this is my first using the Delay function & it was amazing I just told Todd what I needed to achieve in just a simple chat & he already figured it out. I owe u big!
