Help Scout and Zapier allow you to foster a personalized customer experience while saving your team time. Create more personalized interactions with your customers by automatically creating new conversations from submitted emails and forms. Then help your team respond faster by sending a message whenever you assign a conversation to a team member.

Here are some creative ways to use Help Scout with Zapier:

  • Customer emails can include a lot of information. Make sure your team has all the details in one place by creating a new conversation from inbound emails via Email Parser by Zapier.
  • A key part of customer service is speed. Share new Help Scout conversations in Slack so your customer service team can get the issues resolved faster.
  • Don't waste time with data entry. Create new conversations from customers when you receive new entries in Typeform, Wufoo, or other web forms.

Zapier combines Triggers (like "Conversation Created") and Actions (like "Add Note") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

Creates a customer, optionally with all available customer entries (emails, phones, chat handles, social profiles and address).

Send Reply

Replies to a conversation. Please note that this will send actual email to the customer unless draft flag is used.

Triggers when a new conversation is created.

New Customer

Triggers when a new customer is added.

Tags Updated

Triggers when conversation tags are updated.
