Ops Designed has all the critical pieces needed in automation advisors: high technical skill, platform familiarity, understanding of complex situations, thorough thinking beyond just the simple scenarios, ability to design solutions that handle intricacy with the solution itself becoming needlessly intricate. On top of all that, though, what really stands out is Liz's exceptional ability to create detailed documentation and clearly teach the why/how for those that need it. Highly recommend.
