The Zapier Solution Partner Program is designed for consultants, agencies, and solution providers that want to help businesses automate workflows and integrate their favorite apps — while earning revenue and exclusive partner benefits.

Partners gain access to exclusive resources, specialized training, and dedicated support to enhance their skills and impact. Additionally, the program includes a referral benefit, rewarding partners with commissions for referring net-new customers to Zapier, including those who start on free plans and later upgrade.

The Solution Partner Program is a rebranded and enhanced version of the Zapier Experts Program. While the core remains the same—recognizing and supporting experts in Zapier automation—we’ve added new perks, including a referral benefit, to reward your contributions and provide more value.

The program is designed to help growing automation agencies and established consulting firms alike. Whether you're enabling small businesses with automation or delivering complex solutions to enterprise clients, our program equips you with the tools and incentives to amplify your impact.

We’re excited to partner with experienced automation professionals who help individuals and businesses simplify and scale their workflows using tools like Zapier.

To join the Zapier Solution Partner Program, applicants must meet the following criteria*:

• Professional presence: You must have an active business website. We do not accept applications that rely solely on third-party profiles such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Custom domain email: Your application must include a professional email address using your own domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Free email services like Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook are not eligible.
• Compliance: You must not reside in or be affiliated with any country currently under U.S. sanctions.

If you meet these requirements and are passionate about building no-code automation solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Prospective partners are not required to have a Zapier account at the time of application; however, an account will be necessary to advance in the program and complete the required training. As they progress, all Solution Partners are expected to develop a strong understanding of Zapier’s tools and products.

Applications are typically reviewed within 7 to 21 business days. You’ll receive an email update once a decision has been made.
