- IdentifierRequired
  This is a 43 character identifier alpha-numeric string that is provided in the Integrations section of Seize the Market. This identifier links the data to your account and is critical. Example: zapier.x123456f-1357-51e4-5hsd-0e56781234f0.

  Select values: Buyer, Seller, Recruit.
- First NameRequired

  10 digit phone number. Able to handle if parentheses, spaces and dashes.
- Source NameRequired
  This is an important field as it will affect your Sources Report in Seize the Market. If your form doesn't have a sources field, you can manually type one in. (Ex. Facebook, ABC Lead Source, etc.) If the source already exists in your Seize the Market account it will use the existing one. If one does not exist, it will create a new source automatically.
- Source Description
  Additional Source Description if needed. Typically 3-5 words. (Ex. ABC Landing Page or ABC Free Report or Zapier Lead).
