How does Lead Router work?
Lead Router acts as a single step in your Zap that handles lead routing logic. You define your routing rules (rep territory, availability, etc.), and Lead Router automatically assigns each lead to the right rep based on your criteria. It then passes the routing decision to the next step in your Zap, where you can update your CRM, send notifications, or trigger other actions.

How much does Lead Router cost?
Lead Router is free to get started! When your Zap is triggered and a lead runs through your Lead Router step, you’ll be charged a fixed amount of 30 tasks for that step regardless of routing complexity. All other action steps in your Zap will be charged at standard task rates.
For example: You have a Zap where a new lead is routed to the right rep through a Lead Router step (30 tasks). The lead is then added to your CRM (1 task) and a Slack message is sent (1 task).
What makes Lead Router different from building routing in regular Zaps?
Building lead routing in Zaps requires you to build routing logic step-by-step using Filters, Paths, and more—each consuming unpredictable tasks. Lead Router handles all the routing complexity in one step in your Zaps, making it simpler to build and maintain.
