Gmail + ProWorkflow Classic + Digest by Zapier

Get a scheduled digest of completed ProWorkflow Classic tasks via Gmail

Tired of getting notifications for every action item your team knocks through, when all you need is a convenient and regular report? Set it all up automatically with this Zapier automation. Set it up, and we'll capture every new task that gets completed on ProWorkflow Classic. The information will be appended to a summary using Digest by Zapier, which will keep growing until your scheduled release time. At this point, we'll send out an email via Gmail to any addresses you specify, containing all the tasks that were completed since the Digest was last release—and then will start adding further tasks to a new report so you never have to wonder what's been accomplished by the team.

Note: This workflow is set to send out an email at 4 pm on Fridays with the latest tasks for that week, but your Digest settings can be customized following these instructions.

How this ProWorkflow Classic-Gmail integration works

A new task is completed in ProWorkflow Classic
Zapier adds the task to the log maintained via Digest by Zapier
Zapier sends out an email via your Gmail account at your scheduled release time, containing all the tasks since the last release, and starts a fresh summary for the next time period.
