When you update a form, Facebook assigns a new form ID. You must reselect it from the dropdown menu.

Select the Facebook Page connected to your lead form. If you cannot see your form, find the [Facebook Page ID](https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588) and set it as a [custom value](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps).

Select the form associated with your Facebook Page. If you select “Default (Any Form)” you must grant [sufficient permissions](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496040397965-What-permissions-do-I-need-to-use-Facebook-Lead-Ads-with-Zapier) to all forms associated with the Facebook Page.

When triggering on new Submissions, should we identify fields by their ID, or Label? Defaults to "Label" if left blank. Choose "ID" if your Form contains fields which share the same label.
