Increment Growth Hound counter when an appointment is rescheduled in Acuity Scheduling

When an appointment is rescheduled in Acuity Scheduling, this will increment a counter in Growth Hound to keep track of rescheduled appointment growth over time. This allows a user to understand the growth of rescheduled appointments so that users can take action to improve rescheduled appointment growth over time.
