Supported Triggers#

• New Project Booked - Triggers when a project is booked (an agreement/proposal signed or retainer paid).
• Project Stage Changed - Triggers when a project manually or automatically changes its stage.
• New Inquiry - Triggers when a new inquiry is created.
• New Payment Paid - Triggers when any payment is successfully paid by the client (including manual payments).

When you start creating a HoneyBook Zap, you will be asked to connect your HoneyBook account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your HoneyBook API key.

To locate your API Key in your HoneyBook account, please follow these steps:

Go to My Account in your HoneyBook account and scroll down to the Zapier API Key. Before you can copy your API key you will need to click the Show button.

Once you can see your API key you will need to COPY it to use in your future setup on Zapier.

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”.

If all steps were successful your HoneyBook account will now be successfully connected.
