Keeping a record of incoming emails is critical, but your customers don't know about the BCC tool to send those emails into their own LMN Communication History. Whenever a new email comes into the specified Gmail inbox, this integration will search LMN for a contact that matches the sender's email address, and create a date-stamped 'Email' entity within the Communication History for that customer—saving your team the time it would take to add that correspondence manually.
