The Sidekick Solutions team is truly a pleasure. They are completely professional, creative thinkers who tackled obstacles like an extension of our internal team. We found their forecasting of time and expense to be spot-on which kept our project on time and on budget, even when our solution design required adjustments due to outside constraints. I can't recommend this team highly enough and will return whenever we need help with Zapier integrations. Sidekick helped our organization automate a semi-manual process of creating and updating WordPress members with a variety of restricted roles from our Blackbaud eTapestry database. Sidekick helped us replace our custom Access-eTapestry hybrid process of member data updates to WordPress by manually importing multiple files of changes six days a week. This was time-consuming and required daily oversight for duplicate account checking and undesired email address changes. Sidekick developed a workflow solution that resolved our concerns, fully automated our process, and helped us create a flexible oversight control process. We have saved staff time, increased visibility, and eliminated our duplictive Access-database of changes resulting in a simplifed account management structure. Sidekick really helped us achieve all the goals of our project on time and on budget.

Over the past few years, we have worked with Sidekick to create segmented mailing lists in eTapestry, as well as to set up an integration for eTapestry and Mailchimp using Zapier. Sidekick is knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and competent. Jeff and his team make themselves available and are quick to respond when we have questions. We recommend Sidekick!

We worked with Sidekick Solutions to set up an integration for eTapestry and Quickbooks Online. The Sidekick team is extremely knowledgable as well as easy and enjoyable to work with. Prior to working with Sidekick we were spending approximately 20 hours a week pulling volunteer lists from Eventbrite and manually entering and categorizing data into eTapestry. Seriously, our team was logging into each event and pulling registration lists, attendee check-in lists, we were parsing out child data. On top of that, we were adding each list into MailChimp for communication purposes. Once a month we were pulling a donor report from eTapestry and adding it to MailChimp to send impact reports to donors. Our admin team was strapped managing data records and keeping each platform in sync. Working with the team at Sidekick we were able to customize their wrapper to pull volunteers directly from Eventbrite into eTapestry and MailChimp. Weekly donor lists are now pushed into MailChimp as well. We have freed up team time to focus on growing our volunteer base and providing concise communication. We now run simple queries to see who registered and who attended. We are able to connect in a new way with those who did not attend. As with any technology, there are moments when glitches occur. When our events come online, people register in mass. This sometimes has overloaded the wrapper. I've been impressed with how quickly Sidekick has given attention to correcting this and getting us back online. It has been a pleasure to work with the Sidekick team. They have taken our needs and found efficient and timely solutions to keep us moving forward and focused on mission and people.
