Collaborative, professional and 100% support for our roll-out

Sidekick Solutions helped our non-profit implement complex integrations for our donor database (Bloomerang) for Shopify and Paypal. Jeffrey trained me and supported my efforts with complete professionalism so that I felt a part of the work and that I was also growing my skillset within my organization.
We have multiple inputs into our Paypal account and our advanced paths have allowed us to ONLY record the relevant entries into Bloomerang, and suppressed duplicate donation records when donors use Fundraise Up AND PayPal for their donations.
For our Shopify store, we are able to import our sales with split donations for each item in the purchase and with shipping split out as well. This helps us with reporting and monitoring sales of specific items.
It was a pleasure working with Sidekick Solutions - they are fast, responsive, supportive and stand behind their work. Highly recommend.
