Supported Triggers#

• New Record - Triggers when a record is added in a specific form.
• New Event - Triggers based on the date field of a form.

• Find Employee - Finds an employee by Email ID or Employee ID.

Supported Actions#

• Upload a File in a Form - Uploads a file in the 'File Upload' or 'Image' field of the selected form.
• Create Attendance Entry - Creates a Check-in and/or Check-out entry.
• Add Company File - Adds a new file as a Company File in the Files module.
• Add HR File - Adds a new file as HR file in the Files Module.
• Add Record - Adds a new record in the selected form.

To get started with Zoho People on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your Zoho People account to use with your Zap.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your Zoho People's API key.

To locate your API Key in your Zoho People account, please follow these steps:

1. Click on this link to generate auth token.
2. If you are not signed in toZoho People, you will be taken to the Sign in page, where you can sign in with yourZoho People account.
3. Copy the auth token.

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”. If your API key was entered correctly your Zoho People account will now be successfully connected.
