- Send Message - Sends a new message to a contact.
- Import Contact Message - Imports a new message into Textline as if the contact sent it by SMS.
- Create/Update Contact - Creates or updates an entry in your Textline address book.
How to Get Started with Textline on Zapier
When you start creating a Textline Zap, you will be asked to connect your Textline account.

When you click connect, you will then be asked to enter your Textline username and password.

If those steps were correct, you'll get sent back to your Zap where you will now have your Textline account successfully connected!

Common Problems with Textline on Zapier
I receive an "Access Denied" error received when turning on Zap#
This is most likely due to an issue with permissions. Textline lays out some of these details on this page.
By default, only "Admin" Roles will be able to connect to Zapier. Textline accounts that are on "Pro" plans will have the ability to define custom permissions and have a finer-grain control over which Agents can / can't set up integrations.
