Supported Triggers#

• New Presenter - Triggers when there is a new presenter in any of the webcasts belonging to the associated client.
• New or Updated Attendee - Triggers when there is a new attendee to the specified webcast or when the attendee has a new activity.
• New Registrant - Triggers when there is a new registrant to the specified webcast. If no specific webcast is selected, the trigger will work at Client level.
• New Attendee - Triggers when there is a new attendee to the specified webcast or client.
• New Webcast - Triggers when a new Event is created.

Supported Actions#

• Create Webcast - Creates a new webcast.
• Create Registrant - Creates a new Registrant for a particular Event.
• Copy Webcast - Copies a Webcast from an existent one.

When you start creating a ON24 Zap, you will be asked to connect your ON24 account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your ON24 API key.

To locate your API Key in your ON24 account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into ON24 Elite Application.
2. Go to the Analytics dashboard by clicking on the third icon from top to bottom, located on the left side.
3. Choose "API Dashboard"
4. If no keys are displayed, click on "Provision a New API Access Token".
5. Copy the API Key
6. Copy the API Secret

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”.

If all steps were successful your ON24 account will now be successfully connected.
