Please specify a folder available in your PhoneBurner account. This is where your contacts will be created. Note, if you are a Networked account you should authenticate using the Admin account otherwise you may not see all folders listed here

Post as much data as you need to this field. This field in the past was referred to as Notes but is now referred to as the Description in most cases. There are still some legacy accounts that may still refer to this as Notes. If you are Updating contacts if a duplicate is found then what you post here will replace anything already in the Notes/Description field on the record in PhoneBurner.

Tags are used to create a label on the contacts which help you to easily locate groups of contacts. Tags can be any combination of words, letters and numbers.

Use this field to map a unique record ID for each contact into the PhoneBurner system. This MUST be unique for each record and typically would be a "Record" ID that is used to identify this record in the CRM this record may have come from.

Use this field to set the name value of the CRM you are sending the data to PhoneBurner from.

Use this field to push the Record ID from your external CRM into PhoneBurner. This is used primarily for special Integration options with CRM's like Salesforce or Hubspot

Avoiding duplicates is key to keeping your database clean. Set this option to "True" and before we create a new record we will look to see if a record already exists with this email address. When a duplicate is found we can either update the record or leave the record as is and skip this record. If you set this as "False" then we will create a new record each time even if the email address already exists in your account. This option should also be set with a Duplicate Scrubbing Policy.

If you have set either the Email or Phone options above to "True" we will need to know this scrubbing policy. Set to 0 to scrub duplicates against your account only. Set to 1 scrub against your contacts in your team (and downstream teams). Set to 2 to scrub against contacts in your entire organization (all Accounts linked to your account. Only use this option if you are part of a larger organization If you use PhoneBurner alone choosing this option may cause new records to be created when they shouldn't). This is a required field because if you set the system to scrub for email or phone we need to make sure you are considering this.

If we find a duplicate based on your Duplicate Scrubbing Policy setting and Duplicate check settings (email and/or Phone), what do you want us to do? Should we update or skip the record we found?

You can scrub any new contacts against your personal DNC list in PhoneBurner. If you don't send anything we will create a New Contact even if the phone number is on your personal DNC list

0  - Do Not Import (Skip)

 1 - Add, but do not mark as "New"

Use this field to set an External CRM ID on the record in PhoneBurner. Typically this is only used with specific integrations like Salesforce or Hubspot

This field allows you to transfer the record from one user to another within PhoneBurner. This should only be used when you are building integration for your team and you must be very careful to enter the correct PhoneBurner ID for the user. This is a Unique ID and is not their log-in ID. If you are a Team Admin then you will see a list of team members in the drop down. If you are NOT an admin then you would need to choose the Custom option and enter the PhoneBurner ID for the account you need to transfer the record to.

Use this option to set the contact as new when the record is updated in PhoneBurner. 1 = Viewed (removing the "New" record or unviewed flag in the PhoneBurner system.) 0 = Not Viewed (which means the record will have the "new" flag within the PhoneBurner system.)
