Add clients to groups in Well World from new Gravity Forms submissions

Using Gravity Forms as a registration form? With this Zapier template, whenever you have a new Gravity Forms submission, a client will be added to a group in Well World and assigned the selected plan. The required fields in Well World are first name, last name, email, and gender. If you're not collecting gender, then select "other" in the gender (required) field.
