Set up this Zap to skip the tedious hassle of duplicate data entry. Whenever you invite a client in Zenlist, a new person will be automatically created in Follow Up Boss with a note showing that you invited them. If the client already exists in Follow Up Boss (based on a name, email, or phone number match), then any additional contact information that doesn't already exist in Follow Up Boss will be added to them (no new person created).
