Increment Growth Hound counter when a new meeting is created in Cisco Webex

When a new meeting is created in Cisco Webex, this will increment a counter in Growth Hound to keep track of new meeting growth over time. This allows a user to understand the growth of new meetings so that users can take action to improve new meeting growth over time.
