Wicked smart support with Zapier

For the past few months I've been having issues with the "add a search" step in Zapier which is a pivotal step for all of the zaps that I build. When adding a search step the ID wasn't transferring over and I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was going on. I would wait a few days then eventually it would work but not this time. I booked a 20 min call with Connex Digital and met with Paul who showed me what to do and put in a report to Zapier as the workflow had changed. TY Paul!!

Google Calendar Descriptions Finally Posting Correctly!

We use google calendar and Ryver within our company. When we created an event on the calendar I had zapier set to automatically create a new topic in Ryver for the event. I could not get the information to transfer correctly. It would merge everything in the description as one blob of information. Andre helped me out quickly and got things posting as they should. Very appreciative of his time and knowledge.
