Thorough and Helpful Consultation

I am a solopreneur with a pop-up market and am needing to automate some of my tedious tasks and time-wasters. I needed to figure out if Zapier could work with all of my current apps (jotform, google sheets, etc) as well as Hubspot as I migrate to that platform. Andres made sure to figure out my needs during the consultation while also explaining what Zapier can do and he also recommended additional applications that could help me. He helped explain how hubspot and zapier could work for me.

I have been using Zapier for several years and I want to or do actually cry almost every time I have to fix something. I have used Connex twice now to fix issues that I created and both times Paul was the person who helped me. He was speedy and helpful! He really knows his stuff and because of him, I was actually able to get my zap working!!!

My task was simple, or so I thought. After 100+ attempts at rectifying the fail Zap in Zapier I broke down and looked for help. Paul with Connex Digital had me fixed up and clear as a bell. I had a meeting to discuss workflow errors as we are starting to try and automate. The zaps we looked at involved messaging guests and moving and organizing data for reporting to emails. Not only did they find a quick workaround to the problem, but they suggested other possible automations based on current users! Looking forward to trying it out.
