Troy was 12/10 to work with! He worked fast and created perfect Zapier connections for us. I cannot recommend him enough. We had what I thought were quite complex Zaps that he was able to create in a very short amount of time for a very reasonable price considering how much they have helped automate our processes!

Troy's expertise was evident before I even hired him. Getting things done right (and quickly) isn't just about having the right answers. It's also knowing the right questions. Troy asks the right questions and made my original outcome even better. I've done a few zaps here and there and watched hours of YouTube videos on my lunch breaks so I could DIY. NEVER. AGAIN. My project: I had a multiple-step client onboarding process from sales calls to contracts, to custom Drive setups, to project management task assignment setup and it took me on average about 4 hours just to do all this legwork (often missing a piece or two). Human errors are now removed from this process and my team no longer has to double-check all their work in the onboarding process. Working with Troy, he was able to open possibilities in automation hadn't thought of. I will definitely work with him in the future and can't wait to find more things to automate in my business!

I learned a lot about Zapier, and achieved a lot, but I hit a wall when dealing with calling a webhook from an API.  I also needed some more complex programming done to achieve what I needed.  With just a few hours of work, Troy solved all of my problems.  It was well worth it, and I'll be calling on him again when needed!

My husband hired Troy and all he said was Troy was the real deal. I needed help collecting patient data on an online platform. My husband created all my forms on JotForm's HIPPA compliant platform. Now we needed to automate the process of sending these forms to my Google Workspace. Troy came prepared for the task. He actually took my husband's ideas and formulated the ideas into a clear concise project. He completed the project early and we couldn't be happier. Troy's hourly rate is higher than most. HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I will be hiring him again.
