Troy helped me troubleshoot a problem with a Zapier connector. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. No BS, quick to understand our setup and problem, provided helpful recommendations with our documentation/naming conventions, and helped me leave our Zapier instance in better shape than before.

Troy was very, very helpful in getting our entire sales team's CRM integrated with multiple other platforms and softwares. Troy picked up a project writing Zapier scripts for email automation where I couldn't figure out the mess I'd made.  He did a great job tracking my progress and troubleshooting (basically rewriting the zap) to achieve the necessary automation.  I would highly recommend.
