How to Get Started with Zonka Feedback on Zapier

When you start creating a Zonka Feedback Zap, you will be asked to connect your Zonka Feedback account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your Zonka Feedback API key.

To locate your API Key in your Zonka Feedback account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Zonka Account
  2. Go to Setup>Company Settings
  3. Choose "API" tab
  4. Click "Generate Token"
  5. Copy the generated Token and use in Zapier

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”.

If all steps were successful your Zonka Feedback account will now be successfully connected.
