When you start creating a Verloop Zap, you will be asked to connect your Verloop account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your Verloop API key.

To locate your API Key in your Verloop account, please follow these steps:

Login to your Verloop dashboard Goto "Recipes" (Flask icon) Choose the recipe you want to connect (Click on Edit) One the right panel, in the "Export Data section" click on "Zapier" Note the client id and copy the API Key shown

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”.

If all steps were successful your Verloop account will now be successfully connected.

Does the Verloop account need any special account permissions?#

Zapier API Key will be shown to only the admins of Verloop account.

Any other potential restrictions?#

Verloop has three different modes of exporting leads.

1. Webhooks
2. Email
3. Zapier

Only of these three modes can be active at any point in time. Enabling one mode disables the other two modes. More info at https://help.verloop.io/knowledge-base/how-to-export-data-from-verloop-recipes/
