SMTP - Features, Pricing, Alternatives, and More
Tired of sending email? Zapier’s SMTP integration can do it for you. It’s a simple email tool that does one thing well: sending any email messages you want.
Need to send an email on a schedule? Zapier’s Schedule tool plus SMTP can watch for the right time and send the message for you. Want to write an email now and send it later? Zapier’s Delay tool plus SMTP can grab your message, wait until you’re ready, then send the email.
Wish your favorite app has customizable email notification settings, so you could get an email when important things are added? Connect the app you want to Zapier, tell it what you want it to watch, then add the SMTP action to have Zapier send you an email anytime something new’s added.
Want less frequent email notifications? Add a filter to your Zap to have it watch for the things you want, then perhaps add a Digest step to combine new items into one list and finally have Zapier’s SMTP tool email them to you when you’re ready.
No matter what email service you use, add its SMTP server credentials to the SMTP by Zapier action, then fill out the Zap details to have Zapier send the emails you want.
