PassEntry + WooCommerce + Formatter by Zapier + Delay by Zapier

Send notifications via PassEntry before new WooCommerce subscriptions renew

This Zap sends a reminder via PassEntry shortly before a new WooCommerce subscription renews. A formatter step subtracts time (e.g. 3 days) from the renewal date, and a delay step holds the Zap until that adjusted time. You’ll need to manually configure the formatter (transform: add/subtract Time) using your subscription’s next payment date, and set the delay until step to use that formatter output. Then, the Zap searches for the customer’s pass and sends a push notification. The sample message encourages users to check or update their payment details. Be sure to customise the message and link to suit your billing flow.
