Supported Triggers#

• New or Updated Record (Advanced) - Triggers each time a record is created, modified, or deleted. Provides the change type, author, time, 'from' and 'to' values. Requires a new record search to obtain an up-to-date record if necessary.
• New or Updated Record - Triggers with an up-to-date record when it is created, modified, or deleted.
• New Call Log - Triggers when a new record call log is created.
• New or Updated Record in Filter - Triggers when a record matching a specific filter gets created or modified.
• New Comment - Triggers when a new record comment is created.
• New Record - Triggers when a new record is created.

Supported Searches#

• Find Record - Finds a record by ID or text query.

Supported Actions#

• Create Comment - Creates new record comment.
• Update Record - Updates a record by ID.
• Create or Update Record - Creates a new record or updates an existing one.
• Create Record - Creates a new record.
• Add Gmail Thread to Record - Adds an email conversation from Gmail to a Record.

To get started with NetHunt CRM on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your NetHunt CRM account to use with your Zap.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your NetHunt CRM's API key.

To locate your API Key in your NetHunt CRM account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in your Gmail inbox with NetHunt CRM extension enabled.
2. Click on the NetHunt CRM icon in the top-right corner (next to the Gmail account switcher).
3. Click on the Gear icon to access NetHunt CRM settings.
4. Under "Developer tools" click on the "Generate API Key.
5. Copy the generate API key to your clipboard

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”. If your API key was entered correctly your NetHunt CRM account will now be successfully connected.
