Client Updated
Triggers when a client record changes in Projul: renamed, re-addressed, or given a new contact detail by a matched lead. Unarchiving a client fires this too.
Triggers when an estimate changes in Projul: its details, a version, a section or a line item, which all arrive as one change. Creating or accepting an estimate fires this too, next to New Estimate or Estimate Accepted.
Triggers when an invoice in Projul becomes paid in full: paid online, entered in Projul, or recorded by an integration. A payment pulled in from QuickBooks Online does not mark the invoice paid yet, so it does not fire this. If a payment is reversed and the invoice is paid again, it fires again.
Triggers when a new client is added to Projul. A lead that matched an existing client does NOT fire this. Projul recognised them, so use Client Updated for that.
Triggers when a photo or document is added to a project in Projul and is ready to download. Map File into a later step to copy it elsewhere. To skip files a Zap uploaded, filter on Created via.
Triggers immediately when a lead is created in Projul. A lead is a project in a lead stage, so this fires on new projects whose status is one of the eight lead statuses.
Triggers when any project is created in Projul, including leads, which are projects in a lead stage. Filter on Stage if you only want one kind, or use New Lead / Lead Converted to Job for those specifically.
Triggers each time a payment on an invoice starts counting toward its balance: recorded as completed, or a pending transfer that clears. A declined card never fires it. It carries the invoice with its new Amount paid, Balance due and Last paid at, not the payment on its own.
Triggers when a task is marked complete in Projul. It fires once per completion, so renaming or editing a finished task does not fire it again; reopening and completing it again does. Completing one date of a repeating task after the first is not a new completion.

Client Archived
Triggers when a client is archived in Projul. It carries the Client ID and when it happened, not the client details, which Projul hides once a client is archived. Use Find Client with Include archived clients on, or your own records, to look them up.
Triggers when a client accepts an estimate. Acceptance happens in the Projul app or on the client's portal link and can never be done through an integration, so this is how an automation learns a job was won. Map "Estimate value" for the amount.
Triggers when a file in Projul changes: renamed, given a new note, or attached to or removed from a task, an estimate, a daily log or another project. A task photo can arrive here first, once it is attached to a project.
Triggers the moment a lead becomes won work: when its status crosses out of the lead stages. Use it to kick off onboarding, notify the crew, or update a CRM.
Triggers when a person creates an estimate in Projul. The hidden "ghost" estimates Projul keeps behind some projects for cost tracking do not fire this. Only real, user-created estimates do.
Triggers when an invoice is created in Projul. Most invoices start as drafts, so filter on Status, or use Invoice Paid or Payment Received to act on money coming in.
Triggers when a message is posted on a project, task, client, or estimate, including the client conversation. Filter on Channel or "Is client conversation" to narrow it. Projul cannot send a client message through an integration, so this is read-only.
