Process one or more open payments in Exact Online and generate the outgoing bank payment file (SEPA). Already-processed payments are skipped (idempotent). The actual bank upload/authorisation stays a manual step.

Rejects a quotation: Exact sets the quotation status to Rejected (5). Live-verified: Exact only allows rejecting a quotation that is Printed or Reviewed — any other status is refused with a clear error and nothing changes. A rejected quotation can still be reopened with the Reopen Quotation action. Per Exact's documentation a quotation must be printed before it can be reviewed; an invalid request is refused with a clear error and nothing changes. Not replay-safe: every successful re-run creates yet another copy/version and closes the then-current one — verify in Exact before re-running.
