Label CompanyCam projects when new fynk contracts are signed

Crews checking photos in CompanyCam should know whether a job is under contract. Signing a new contract in fynk adds a label such as Signed to the matching CompanyCam project.

Note: Filter for job contracts and keep the CompanyCam project ID as a fynk metadata value.
