Issue CertFusion certificates when new tags are added to systeme.io contacts

In systeme.io you mark where a contact stands by tagging them—i.e. course completed, attended live, or passed assessment—but systeme.io can't turn that tag into a proper certificate. This Zap watches for a specific tag being added to a contact and, when it appears, creates a recipient in CertFusion and issues their certificate automatically, using the contact's name and email. Because you choose which tag fires the Zap, you control exactly who qualifies without maintaining a separate list. Everyone you tag as complete gets a personalized, branded certificate the moment they earn it.
