• Create Customer - Creates a new customer for a specified business.

To get started with BirdEye on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your BirdEye account to use with your Zap.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your BirdEye's API key.

To locate your API Key in your BirdEye account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your BirdEye account.
2. Go to your Account tab.
3. Click on "Developers".
4. Copy the API key provided.

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”. If your API key was entered correctly your BirdEye account will now be successfully connected.
