Opinion Stage

Select the segment to which append the contact.

Map "Data ID" to the Contact field. It is found in the response returned by the Add Or Update Contact in Act-On Contacts action.

Pick the field you wish to map and name it with field names matching the Act-On list fields.

Enter the Form Post URL of the Act-On form you want to post data to. Get this URL from Act-On: Content > Form Post URLs. Do not use the Public URL of the form.

Map the source fields to the destination fields of the Act-On form. Type the exact name of the destination form field in the left column. Click 'Insert Fields' to map the source field. Click '+' to map more fields.

Please make sure a Form Post URL is defined for the selected form (Act-on > Content > Form Post URLs).

Choose what the behavior should be in case there is already a contact with this e-mail address.
