We were struggling with gravity & hooks. Dale helped with a quick introduction session and setting up on perfect Zap.Â
A note to replicate them across the remainder of forms, with a paid follow up session to double check and provide additional tricks.
We had a Zap issue sending SF Opportunities through to existing Harvest Clients

Dale was super helpful in explaining that Harvest needs to link on an ID, and he gave us 2 options how to resolve it: invoking the Harvest API to return the ID, or to create a circular Zap which sends the a New Client ID back to Harvest to be stored in Salesforce, which can then be sent back through to Harvest in 2nd 'New Opportunity' Triggered Zap, to link it to the existing Client record in Harvest.
I learnt a LOT from our short discussion, and it's given us a way to get past our tricky issue. Thankyou Dale!!

I talked to Dale from CBO about moving data from one system to another, so it can reflect in a third system. Fun stuff right?
Dale showed me an alternative where I can have two systems talking to each other and achieve what I want - and if it doesn't work, is more than happy to help with our original plan
