Problem solved almost immediately!

During my first call with Dale from CBO — a Zapier expert — I learned the last tiny pieces I needed to set up a zap relating to Facebook Conversions and our CRM for Conversion API. He was very friendly and helpful, teaching by example some helpful tips I will use in the future and pass to my team. As someone who has learned the basics of Zapier over the last year or two, it was very helpful to converse with someone who knows much more! I was really happy to hear Dale was familiar with what I was looking for and was confident troubleshooting and solving the problems with me. Thank you for staying longer on our call to ensure I had what I needed to continue on my own. Would definitely reach out again if needed!

Dale was very helpful with our Zapier request and was able to implement our required functionality. He also was able to update the solution as we identified edge cases and requested additional functionality. Also very responsive.

Micheal of CBO was prompt and very thorough in guiding me on what was required for the Zapier app integration. Â It made me so confident that our business would not miss out on sales info and the Xero accounting program would pick up the correct information.
