Tristan implemented exceptional xero and e-sign integration for us. Planned very well and executed brilliantly. Fantastic communication all the way through and very fast completion of the work. Highly recommended and will definately use again.

Tristan from Terrific Digital has been so incredibly outstanding there's not enough words to explain it. I came across Tristan after researching for someone to help me within connecting things between several platforms using Zapier. I felt a good working connection right from the start. I knew that what I was wanting was going to be exceedingly difficult. After our first initial conversation, which went longer than the allocated time planned ..awesome... Tristan started working with myself & another totally different type of virtual assistant that I have. The first thing that really showed up to me was Tristan's total devotion to the task in front of him, the commitment, the "I'll get this working for you" No Matter What" attitude.... my type of person I must say, as that gave me the confidence right from the start that I'd found the right person for this work. There was nothing that Tristan did, that I wasn't included in, with emails, calls if needed, cc emails between myself, my other virtual ass & Tristan. We were all, always kept in the loop. Another thing is the hours he worked, right into incredibly late at night, to get this working... they were all very productive hours as there were at times many emails going between all 3 of us, as we were all working with this "triangle" of a team. I had a new on-line course to launch, & this HAD to be sorted before it was launched. It didn't matter what unfolded within this journey, and there were many idiosyncrasies, Tristan just kept working on them. These were not issues that Tristan created, they were all underlying issues that I knew about, but never knew how to fix or sort out, but each one of my "issues" needed to be sorted to get everything working as it should across 3 major platforms. Tristan created many pathways to have everything nicely marrying together & to create more functionality with my platforms. One of the nicest things was.... I just knew that I, myself, my platforms & my business were in the best hands I think I've ever come across. I also knew that once Tristan had finished working on these issues, then my platforms would all work and connect together incredibly smooth.... removing lots of stress & frustrations from my life & business. It was nice having someone do all that Tristan did for me. I could let go of all the stress that I'd been feeling before he came along. My journey after this...... Tristan will be part of my team for an exceptionally long time to come... Not only did Tristan & I connect well, but he also connected very well with my other virtual assistant team member. We were after quick help in setup some new automations to support our Hong Kong business. Although just some small project, Terrific helped us and very quick and always professional. They were able to jump on a call, learn our needs, create the workflows, and give us many other useful sales and marketing advice. Honestly, they are marketing consultants as well as zapier experts. We will work with them further for future projects.

Terrific are indeed the experts when it comes to how businesses can use Zapier. We are a small business based in Melbourne, Australia, and needed some quick zapier workflows set up. Terrific have been amazing and worked with us patiently to understand our needs. They were then quick to build the solution and careful to explain it to us. So far, we have started with just a few automations to help us track sales from WooCommerce into spreadsheets, but we hope to do a lot more.
