From first reaching out to Tristan he has been very responsive, patient and understanding with our needs. He took the time to really understand what we wanted to do with Zapier, did his own research with our software providers, provided a scope of works and had the Zaps up and running in no time. Working with Tristan was so great that I was almost sad when the project was finished :-) He definitely knows his stuff, and was very efficient to help me set up everything. I loved that he was also chill enough so that we can do a bit of chitchat while we were working. I really hope someday I have another project for him so I get to work with him again!

Tristan helps out with the more complex or difficult zaps. After we get stuck, they are turned over to Tristan to finish. He is very responsive and always gets the job done. Very professional in accessing our systems, testing and completing the job.

Tristan helped us make what multiple existing products on the market deemed impossible to automate possible :) Communication and execution was spot-on and he made brilliant suggestions to tie Zapier, Airtable, DocuSign, Xero, etc. together. Pricing was fair and Tristan is a delight to work with.

We engaged Tristan to help solve the problem with the Zap that was set up few years ago by someone else, but wasn't working correctly after the upgrades on the platforms connected. Tristan had to re-do the whole Zap and it is all working again! Great to have this help available when needed - thank you Tristan!
