SideKick was my first pick when I was at the end of my rope with my Zaps! Andrew was thorough, quick and very kindly explained what he did to fix my issues. My situation was with recurring donations through Stripe so to actually see the results of real data it took several days. At first it wasn't working but that was because I messed with the ZAP! Andrew found the problem and fixed it. I know he will be there for me in the future which is nice to have an expert to call on. Thank you!
