We recently upgraded our entire tech stack and are a non-profit. While working to upgrade our donor CRM (Bloomerang) we received a recommendation to reach out to Sidekick Solutions to explore integrating all our systems. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp and WebConnex (RegFox & TicketSpice). All of the new systems have Zapier integrations but our internal staff bandwidth and knowledge was not sufficient to put the pieces together in a way that would showcase the full picture for any supporter of our organization or prospect for fundraising. Sidekick Solutions was AMAZING to work with. Their discovery and implementation phases and processes were smooth, professional and very efficient. They know the questions to ask... and they know the systems we had in play and how to work with them. I 1000% recommend Jessie and the Sidekick team for any non-profit looking to improve their systems or efficiencies. I have engaged Sidekick Solutions on several complex projects connecting Bloomerang Donor Management Software and Zapier for advanced notifications such as new donors, and all types of changes in giving patterns. I was new to using eTap but with the help of Jessie from sidekick I am able to navigate better. Jessie is amazing anytime I have a question or need reports build she is always there to help. I appreciate the work she does such as helping set up email bcc and forwarding into eTap. As well as helping syncing to do items from eTap to our Outlook calendars.

The biggest thing I was looking for was help in streamlining the data entry from our online peer to peer fundraising platform to Bloomerang. Sidekick Solutions did a fabulous job in understanding what my needs were, how the current processes worked, and using Zapier to pull it all together. It has really saved us hours of time. I want to give a shoutout to Jessie who went above and beyond--after our contract was completed, she still kept an eye on the Zapier to Bloomerang interaction to make sure it was running smoothly. I intend to use them again to make the Bloomerang to Quickbooks process as seamless as possible.

We are thrilled that we found Sidekick Solutions and our amazing consultant, Jessie! We recently made the move to Bloomerang and quickly realized that we needed a true integration expert to achieve the the goals and functionality we had for our fundraising team. Taking advantage of Zapier, Jessie helped us create a dynamic gift pipeline dashboard in Google Sheets and also set up automated processes for onboarding new donors/members that automatically updates membership custom fields in Bloomerang. Amazing!
