Sidekick became strategic to our integration strategy by building a RunSignup Zapier App on our behalf. Many of our customers do not have the technical expertise to use our open API. Sidekick has made data integration easier for our customers with their expert guidance, patience, and methodical approach. The highly knowledgeable people at Sidekick implemented the solution we needed to migrate our data on a daily basis from eTapestry to Mailchimp. Now we can target and segment our constituents using the modern features of Mailchimp, but still use eTapestry, which has worked well for our small organization. Jessie and her team are extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. (How refreshing!) And, as Jessie says, their door IS always open. I highly, highly recommend Sidekick Solutions.

Sidekick Solutions developed a customized solution using Zapier to transfer appointment and counseling information gathered in specific Salesforce fields over to Apricot, our main CRM. This allowed us to eliminate the duplication of data gathered at intake, while giving us the ability to better integrate our program data for tracking and reporting. Jessie clearly communicated throughout our project, while making effective recommendations along the way. I would highly recommend them!
