Sidekick became strategic to our integration strategy by building a RunSignup Zapier App on our behalf. Many of our customers do not have the technical expertise to use our open API. Sidekick Solutions developed a customized solution using Zapier to transfer appointment and counseling information gathered in specific Salesforce fields over to Apricot, our main CRM. This allowed us to eliminate the duplication of data gathered at intake, while giving us the ability to better integrate our program data for tracking and reporting.
