Email2Airtable Zap helps us in task management & service changes

We needed some help with our SaaShop customer service task management that has to do with customer service changes and terminations.
Pilvi created an Email Parse Zap from our Ohjelmistoja.fi marketplace to Airtable. This helps the work of our service desk considerably, we now have one dashboard for task mgmt and service workflows.
1st Zap is for service cancellations and terminations, but we'll definitely parse and Zap more messages to Airtable in the future and consider some kind of webhook enhancement in the implementation. We're extremely pleased with Pilvi - efficient expert work :) .
