I'd give the Opzer team 5 stars so far. Communication has been excellent, and the expectations set at the start have proven realistic and aligned with what I hoped for. They're helping us automate our client onboarding process. We're halfway through the project and ironing our automation edge cases, but I can see the progress being made and feel confident it's moving in the right direction. Overall, I'm impressed with what's been accomplished already and excited to see the final result!

Before working with Juani and the Opzer team, we were spending 3–4 hours a day on just one billing process. It was tedious and honestly exhausting.
When we tested our first automation, we only needed to make a few small tweaks—account names, class and location names—and once that was done, it worked perfectly.
Our senior bookkeeper even said she wanted to cry a little bit. 'IT WORKS AND IT'S AMAZING!!!!!' were her exact words.
