When I found that a key feature for my workflow was not available in Zapier, I was about to leaving the Zapier solution altogether. Luckily, Ikbel saw my posts on the community and reached out to help. He was so helpful and his custom app fixed the issue right away. He also let me test out the app to ensure it would work in my Zap. Thanks to this solution, I am a happy Zapier customer and will continue building more workflows for our company!
