I purchased Zapier to push leads from Launch Control mass texting system to a Podio CRM. It was literally 3.5 weeks of going back and forth between Launch Control support and Zapier support to solve the integration challenge. All to no avail. I reached out to Craig (Zapier Certified Expert) and he responded within a few hours. We jumped on a Zoom call and within 25 minutes Craig had the integration working perfectly. Something Zapier support could not do. From here on out, Craig is my company's "go-to" Zapier expert. Thank you so very much for making our job serving our clients much easier.

My experience with Craig has been great. He helped us create custom zaps that took our Shipstation content, created reports, and then imported those into our Quickbooks for easy billing. It's been a real time saver and even when there were minor issues, Craig fixed them and worked to create something that is very stable and working without issues.
