I was new to Zapier. I reached out to Craig and I'm glad I did. We were looking to do some integrating with Outlook and Excel. Craig was very knowledgeable. He performed the task and everything is working to perfection. Truth be known I had used Craig years ago for some software development. We had lost contact over the years. When I made the call and found out it was Craig, I knew I was in good hands.

I contacted Craig/Net3Marketing a month ago because I needed help automating a complex and unusual workflow of mine using Zapier. Part of me wondered if it was even "possible" to automate some of the important tasks/steps within this workflow. But I took a leap of faith and, before throwing in the towel, I decided to reach out to a Zapier expert from the directory. Second opinion couldn't hurt. Well, that expert turned out to be Craig and I am VERY grateful we connected. He replied to my initial email and project description saying he could help, and... after a quick call discussing the requirements in more detail... We agreed to move forward with the project terms. Then, less than one week later... Craig delivered the goods. He truly went above and beyond. And, probably what I appreciate most, is how thorough and meticulous he is. For this project, the solution he came up with took every use case of mine into account -- including some details I forgot to mention on our initial call (thanks). I think that's because Craig really understood what I needed and why, he took the time to understand the intended outcome and what I needed the tool to do. And so, unsurprisingly, his solution did exactly what I needed it to do. Very robust. THANK YOU, Craig. As for what at it's like working with Craig... Again, I can't say enough good things. Friendly, always on (or ahead of) schedule, very easy to work with. Reliable and responsive during testing -- and throughout all our back and forth emails. He always stays focused and task-oriented, while getting the job done. I appreciate that a lot. End result? The first custom Zapier integration he built for me (for my "impossible"/tricky workflow) continues to function reliably and do exactly as I need it to. No hiccups or surprises. And... Fast-forward to today... Craig recently completed the second and third Zapier projects I hired him to help with. Both of those appear to work exactly as I need them too, so far. And I already look forward to the next project, working with Craig.
