High quality and quick turnaround. All we could ask for!

David was an absolute pleasure to work with -- he asked great questions from the very beginning and was committed to understanding our challenges before work began. Once he started on the project, it was completely relatively quickly (with no corners cut) and follow-up requests/bug fixes were responded to quickly.

There were three companies that came up when I typed in what help I was needing for Zapier expert help. MercOlogy had the highest ratings so contacted them. David Mercer was quick to respond, zoomed, and called me on the phone to get the details he needed to help me get my zaps working the way needed. Our zaps had a number of steps and he was very encouraging at what we had figured out on our own. He had our problems corrected within 2 hours. His rate was quite reasonable for what we were expecting. I could not be happier.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about David and the work he did on our project. He presented a high acumen of understanding for an extremely technical project. He single-handedly saved a project from being scrapped and prevented our Account Manager from going back to the drawing board to find an alternative solution. His passion for customer service is evident as he does what it takes to get the job done! Thanks again David!
