I have been working with MercOlogy for over 3-years and continue to be amazed at the customer service they provide. We recently ran into a workflow issue with Quickbooks and asked MercOlogy for guidance. Within hours we were on a Zoom meeting troubleshooting together. Couldn't ask for more than that!

We needed a way to be notified when a status changed in our app. MercOlogy helped us navigate the webhook documentation and communicated directly with the app developers to get the webgook trigger setup. We would not have been able to do this on our own. I recommend Mercology highly.

MercOlogy was able to help me automate our Work Order process by taking the GMail attached PDF and converting it to usable text that was added into Jobber.
