Efficient, Simple & Professional
Mercology were great! I gave them my job details, which had some level of complexity to it, and they managed to complete the job in less than 5 hours! Furthermore, they even allowed me to add in some extras free-of-charge which was really sweet. A great choice for anyone looking for amazing systems.
Methodical and detail oriented
MercOlogy hopped on a brief troubleshooting session with us and helped us set up a webhook for an integration with Braze. They are a pleasure to work with and have a great amount of knowledge with Zapier's platform and any custom integrations you may have.
The right person for the job
We needed to do a complex string of Zaps. We contacted David and he was able to accomplish most of what we needed. The easy part (for him) was taking videos uploaded to Dropbox and transferring them to Vimeo and then entering the link into an excel spreadsheet. Next we had video recordings created in 21 Zoom accounts which were to be transferred to Vimeo with links entered into a spreadsheet. He did all of this and it tested as working. Then just days before the event, Zoom made an update which caused a bug, which defeated the whole Zap. David worked with us until it became apparent to all that the Zoom bug had won. We appreciate his skill and timely response to our issues.
